We are currently seeking a person skilled in accounts payable to work with the entire process surrounding incoming supplier invoices. The role involves responsibility for distribution, bookkeeping, and coding of invoices in our system. It also includes work with payments, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.

As we currently lack a fully digital invoice management system, we particularly value candidates with experience in implementing such systems, preferably with a focus on digital invoice management.

You will work with:

• Bookkeeping and coding of supplier invoices according to the chart of accounts
• Ensuring quick and accurate distribution of incoming invoices
• Preparing and executing supplier payments
• Performing bank and account reconciliations
• Contributing to the development and streamlining of processes and workflows within accounts payable
• Collaborating closely with the finance departments in Boden and Stockholm

We are looking for someone with 0–2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role. You should have been involved in the implementation of systems within accounts payable, particularly with a focus on digital invoice management. Experience with business systems is an advantage, and it is a plus if you have worked in NetSuite. You have basic knowledge of Excel and feel comfortable working in digital environments. Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form, is required for the role.

This is a consulting assignment with a planned start at the end of January and is expected to last for 6 months, with the possibility of being directly hired by the client after these 6 months. You will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work at the client’s location.
